Denise Wright (founder of Perfect Finish) & Phil Pelligra in the first lab circa 1984

Perfect Finish opened in 1980 servicing a few local orthodontists. By word of mouth we grew to 20 employees with hundreds of accounts. Our niche is a high quality appliance that needs a minimum amount of adjustment. We have a great service team that communicates openly with our accounts.  This open communication is what separates us from many of the others. We want to be part of “your team” and help make our accounts more successful.

We are currently doing work for NYU Orthodontic & Pediatric Departments, Rutgers Orthodontic and Pediatric Departments, Montefiore Medical Center Orthodontic Department, , Maimonides Orthodontic & Pediatric Medical Center, UPENN Orthodontic Department, UCONN Orthodontic Department, Lutheran Medical Center, Bronx Lebanon Hospital, as well as many other institutions on the East Coast.

We pride ourselves on our personal touch for the small private practice. We give the general practitioner the help and instruction needed to be successful.

At Perfect Finish Ortho Lab we guarantee the quality of our work. If the appliance does not fit, simply return it for a remake or full credit. We offer free consultation on cases when needed. As part of our exceptional service we will contact your office with any concerns on impressions, band placement or unclear Rx’s. We believe that strong communication is the key to a successful business relationship.

Perfect Finish has no less than 4 quality control inspections before the case is shipped.

We use the best orthodontic products available for appliance fabrication in our state of the art facility.

We are OSHA and FDA compliant and take great pride in our work.

We are proud supporters of the NYU Orthodontic Department’s “Elliott M. Moskowitz Give A Smile Fund”. The fund will build physical facilities that will ensure NYU’s ability to continue to meet the orthodontic needs of disadvantaged New York City youngsters.

We are also proud supporters of the Donated Orthodontic Services Program. The Donated Orthodontic Services (DOS) program enables orthodontists to reach out to patients who desperately need orthodontic care they cannot afford. Many individuals who would greatly benefit from orthodontic treatment are unable to receive the care they deserve due to financial hardship.

The NJAO and AAO want to be part of the solution. As part of a national program to improve access to orthodontic care, New Jersey has been selected as one of five states to pilot a program of pro bono orthodontic care for children in the lowest income brackets. It is called the New Jersey Donated Orthodontic Services program (NJ DOS) and is administered by the same people who have made the Donated Dental Services program so successful.

The Donated Dental Services (DDS) program through the New Jersey Foundation of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities is committed to aiding the needy, handicapped, elderly and medically compromised. The treatment we provide, not only, is a significant contribution to their health, but to thier happiness, self-esteem, and function as well. We are happy to be part of that team.
