Claire joined Perfect Finish Ortho Lab in 2023, bringing a background in electrical engineering and a passion for CAD design to the orthodontic field. As Senior Digital Tech, she specializes in 3D band creation, 3D printed metal appliances, digital scan processing, appliance design, and maintaining production technology and printers.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys hiking, music production, programming, and spending time with her fiancée, brother, and niece.
Kira has been with Perfect Finish Ortho Lab since 2006 and is a key part of the digital department. She coordinates digital case submissions through EasyRx, manages workflow for the digital team, and works closely with doctors on Emerald Clear Aligners case submissions and treatment planning.
Outside of work, Kira enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, attending concerts, supporting her children’s activities, and relaxing with a good book by the lake.
Caroline joined Perfect Finish Ortho Lab in 2023 and quickly grew from digital technician to leading the lab’s marketing, brand presence, and digital experience initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in the dental and orthodontic industry, her background spans clinical assisting, teaching, software training, client success, and sales.
As the lab’s Digital Experience Manager and EasyRx expert, she helps offices streamline digital workflows, scanner integrations, troubleshooting, and training to create a smoother experience from submission to delivery.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys hiking, roller skating, beach days with her kids and yellow lab, and reading dragon-themed books.
Jess joined Perfect Finish Ortho Lab in 2014 and has become an expert in Essix retainers, specialty appliances, and repairs. As Trimming Department Supervisor, she oversees daily workflow, supports the team, and helps keep production running efficiently.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys hiking with her family and dog, cheering on her two boys at sports games, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and counting down to Christmas all year long.
Sarah is the Office Manager at Perfect Finish Ortho Lab and has been part of the team since 2012. With over 15 years of administrative and office management experience, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating office logistics, supporting the team, and ensuring everything stays organized and on track.
Known for her reliability, organization, and calm approach, Sarah is an essential part of the lab’s day-to-day success. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, weekend getaways, spending time with family, and relaxing with her cat, Cupcake.
With over 20 years of experience, Courtney has been a valued member of Perfect Finish Ortho Lab since 1999. She oversees case flow, quality control, and appliance evaluations while helping ensure smooth day-to-day lab operations. Known for her problem-solving and attention to detail, Courtney is also a trusted resource for clients with questions about case design and tracking. She is a speaker at the ORG/DLAT Conference, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in orthodontic lab workflows.
Phil has been an Orthodontic Technician since 1984 and brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and business expertise to Perfect Finish Ortho Lab. He holds a B.S. in Biology and a degree in Business Management, combining both disciplines to support the operational and financial health of the lab. Phil is a respected voice in the orthodontic community, having lectured at universities across the NY/NJ metropolitan area, presented at major events such as the Greater New York Dental Meeting and the New York County Dental Society, and actively sponsored and participated in continuing education courses throughout New York and New Jersey.
As the lab’s former owner, Phil proudly passed the reins to Megan in 2023, confident in her leadership and the strong team she’s built. Now serving as CFO, he focuses on financial oversight, compliance, and strategic spending. Phil remains a trusted advisor and proudly supports the growth of the largest woman-owned orthodontic lab in the U.S., offering advice when needed but letting Megan lead the way with her vision for the future.
Outside of work, Phil lives in Manasquan, New Jersey, with his wife. He enjoys time with his two adult children and is most at peace outdoors—especially when saltwater fishing is involved.
Melissa joined Perfect Finish Ortho Lab in 2014 and manages the lab’s accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and credit card processing. Known for her organization and attention to detail, she helps keep the financial side of the lab running smoothly.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys beach days, concerts, movies, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her two grown children.
Maggie joined Perfect Finish Ortho Lab in 2022 and now serves as Operations Manager. She helps keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating hybrid case materials, overseeing shipping, and supporting new client onboarding.
Known for her cheerful attitude and steady presence, Maggie is an essential part of the team and helps ensure both clients and staff feel supported. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her cats.
