Meet the Team

Megan Martin

Owner + President

Megan Martin began her career at Perfect Finish Ortho Lab in 2001,
starting as a trimmer/finisher and advancing through every department
—including wire bending, functional appliances, digital design, and most
recently, TAD-assisted appliances. In 2023, she proudly took over
ownership of the lab, becoming the driving force behind what is now the
largest woman-owned and operated orthodontic lab in the United
States.

As owner, Megan leads with a hands-on approach, overseeing lab
workflow, client communications, quality control, appliance design, staff
development, and overall production. Her deep technical expertise and
leadership have positioned Perfect Finish as a trusted, innovative partner
in the orthodontic community.

Megan is also an accomplished educator, having lectured at top
orthodontic residency programs including Rutgers, NYU, UCONN, CTOR,
Montefiore, and Maimonides, as well as at the Orthodontic Resource
Group (ORG) Conference in Texas.

She lives in Pennsylvania with her two daughters and enjoys
snowboarding, Pilates, traveling, and has recently taken up golfing.
