Set up your account

Call or email us to set up your Vivid and EasyRx accounts to enable STL file transfers.

Submit your case

Design and submit your case to Perfect Finish through the user-friendly EasyRx portal.

Case file and prescription review

Vivid will take a look at your case file and prescription to see if it’s a fit.

Approve the virtual setup

If your case is within Vivid guidelines, we’ll create an interactive digital rendering of the tooth movement and provide your practice with a virtual setup notification for approval.

Manufacturing and delivery

Following the doctor’s approval, Vivid will manufacture the case and ship it directly to your practice within two weeks.
